Description: The Outreach Effort seeks to increase the participation of West County individuals and agencies for all GHAC Projects. Tabling and other outreach activities are the core of this effort. A major focus is to learn from the several distinct areas in Sonoma County and how they are addressing local needs. The Guiding Principles of GHAC are core to our efforts and we hope to establish programs that address these core principles.
