The Projects Committee

The Projects Committee is a group of Coalition members and advisors who are moving forward with the activities needed to accomplish the coalition’s mission and vision. Specific professional expertise is often invited. GHAC Projects are developed to address GHACs long term and short-term goals. Each project honors the Guiding Principles of GHAC by prioritizing partnering with underserved, underrepresented, and marginalized populations. When possible each Project has an intern from the University of San Francisco Masters in Public Health program working with the project.GHAC has embraced the Self Healing Communities model of continuous refinement of needs assessment and actions to address needs to create a community that works on the upstream, root causes of disparities in health and well-being.

The Projects Committee meets quarterly.
